What is the Pay Forward initiative for you?
What I liked about the initiative is that it is not about the principle of "give some money somewhere", but about which house has what specific problems and what is the solution we want to make to help.

For me, this is a real opportunity to solve real challenges for people who need help and find it difficult to cope on their own.

What is the emotion of participating in a Pay Forward workshop?
We participated in the workshop together with my son and daughter. Although we spent most of the day making and wrapping gifts, it turned out that we "took" much more than we gave. It was an unforgettable and cohesive day for the family, everyone was very charged with the people, the atmosphere and the fact that we help people in need.

You were planning to leave sometime after the workshop, but you stayed to write cards for the elderly - over an hour and a half 🙂 Tell us more, please.
We really thought of just passing by for an hour, but we stayed much longer. At one point we decided to leave and get dressed, but my son was so engrossed in decorating a glass that we couldn't tear it off, took off our jackets again, and stayed to write Christmas cards for nursing homes.

What is your way of paying forward?
I do trainings and every day we organize with the team people who can share their rich experience with others who are just starting out. This is how we pay forward knowledge from experienced to beginners and this is our goal every day.

Otherwise, specifically for "pass on" I have participated both in time and in finances and I will participate again, because the cause is worth it and is organized by people who "care" and really make a difference.

You are developing extremely successfully aula.bg and Friend for goals - you are an example for many people 🙂 How do you imagine Pass on as development?

I see that every year the initiative reaches more people. If this persistence is maintained and it is simply there every year, imagine through the effect of accumulation how many people the project will have reached in a 30-year horizon.
